What do you enjoy about teaching online at Geneva College?

Teaching at Geneva College is more than a job or a career, but it has been a calling for me to make an eternal impact in our broken world.  It is my privilege to encourage students to discover their purpose and meaning in their lives with the leading of the Holy Spirit so that they are not to just merely survive in this world, but to experience the abundant life Jesus promised us when we “abide in Him”.  Within the context of Human Resources and Organizational Leadership, students learn to reframe their worldview from a Christian perspective, as they learn to transfer new knowledge and wisdom into the workplace.  Guiding students to dig deeply to reflect and analyze issues involved in the topics they study is an incredible honor for me, as I too walk daily in the process of learning and growth to glorify our Savior.  Working at Geneva College to me is actively participating in the transforming work of Christ to make a positive impact on His Kingdom.
