If you are required to complete one of the following forms, you will receive an email from the Student Financial Services Office. You can also log in to view your financial aid status through your Financial Aid Portal. If you have misplaced the form or need a new copy, they are available below for your convenience.
To submit a document to the Student Financial Services Office, please:
1) scan your completed document,
2) save it to your computer, and
3) upload it to your Financial Aid Portal using the " Upload It Now!" feature under the "Review Documents Needed & Messages" tab.
This is the most secure method to send us your information. If you do not have the ability to upload your document(s), please contact Student Financial Services at 724-847-6530 or by writing to SFS@geneva.edu for assistance.
