Geneva's graduate level programs are committed to contextualized learning.

We believe that classroom learning is enhanced by hands-on experience with college students and university programs. Geneva College offers a variety of graduate assistantships to supplement your classroom experience.

Each graduate assistantship is tied to one of Geneva’s graduate programs – Master of Business Administration, Master of Arts in Counseling, Master of Science in Cybersecurity, and Master of Arts in Higher Education.

Graduate assistantships at Geneva are normally nine-month positions requiring 20 hours of work time per week and can be renewable for a second year. Graduate Assistants are paid a small monthly stipend and receive a tuition discount.
