Geneva Drops 3-0 Decision at Notre Dame

South Euclid, OH - Geneva′s men′s soccer team tasted victory for the first time this season on Saturday night; however, the Golden Tornadoes winning feeling was short-lived. On Tuesday night, Geneva saw Notre Dame College win a 3-0 decision in AMC North action. The loss dropped Geneva to 1-9-3 overall, including a 0-2-1 conference record.

Notre Dame, the defending AMC North champs, out shot Geneva 17-3 in the game, but Sam McCracken again did a solid job in the net for the Golden Tornadoes with ten saves. Notre Dame opened the scoring in the 15^th minute and then extended the lead in the 30^th minute. Notre Dame closed out the scoring with a goal in the 60^th minute.

The Golden Tornadoes will get back into action on Thursday night when they host Waynesburg College in a match-up between future PAC members.
