At the end of the day, the Golden Tornadoes walked away with a second place trophy in a field of six schools. Geneva went 2-1 on the day to begin the new fall season on a positive note. Geneva started the day with 4-1 victories over both Fredonia and Frostburg State. The Golden Tornadoes dropped a 3-2 decision to host PS-Behrend in the tournament championship.\nTess Roholt finished the day with a perfect 3-0 record in her singles matches, while Allison Krisza was 2-0 and Jill Halama finished 2-1 in singles competition. Katie Caldwell made an impressive collegiate debut with a victory in the Fredonia match, which proved to be her only singles action of the day.
