The Geneva College track and field team is now accepting registrations for the 2007 community 5K race.\nAfter a five year hiatus, the 5K race has returned to College Hill. Event registration for this runners battle will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. on Sept. 29 in the Geneva College studio theater parking lot. The race will begin at the theater at 10:00 a.m. with the finish line on the new synthetic turf of Reeves Field.\nThe race is being coordinated by Bret Otte, the physical education department chair at Geneva College. The \"quot;course\"quot; says Otte, \"quot;will be a smooth, flat course throughout the residential streets of College Hill that should produce some really fast times.\"quot;\nExperienced and novice runners alike will enjoy this course.
