Beaver Falls, PA– Waynesburg’s Chad Palucka scored early in the first half off a corner kick and Victor Browne scored late in the second half for the Yellow Jackets and Geneva couldn’t answer either as the Golden Tornadoes fell 2-0. The win by Waynesburg moved it into a fourth place tie with Geneva in the Presidents’ Athletic Conference as both now have 4-2-1 records in conference play.
Geneva, 9-5-3 overall, finishes regular season play Saturday at Bethany (1-6) Saturday at 3:30 p.m. while Waynesburg, 8-6-4 overall, hosts St. Vincent (2-5) on Friday night.
