#GivingTuesday is Tuesday, November 29.
Last year, 70 alumni and friends of Geneva College came together to celebrate #GivingTuesday with gifts totaling over $7,100. Geneva's goal this year is 100 donors and $10,000.
The success of the #GivingTuesday #StayGolden challenge relies on spreading the word through social media and the generosity of givers. Geneva will use the following social media resources:

Since its founding in 2012, #GivingTuesday has inspired giving around the world, resulting in greater donations, volunteer hours, and activities that bring about real change in communities. Coming on the heels of the retail spree that is Black Friday, Small Business Saturday and Cyber Monday, Giving Tuesday is an opportunity to give back.
