(BEAVER FALLS, Pa.) – Geneva College hosts the annual Beaver County Special Olympics this Friday, April 22 at the Merriman Athletic Complex beginning at 9 a.m. The event is open to students and members of the public who are encouraged to come and cheer on the athletes. Parking is available for visitors in Lot D; enter through the Geneva College arch and turn into the first gravel parking lot on the right.

The goal of Special Olympics Beaver County is to help bring all persons with intellectual disabilities into the larger society under conditions whereby they are accepted, respected and given a chance to become productive citizens.
