Geneva College Partners with Two New Schools for the Preferred Christian School Initiative
The Geneva College Preferred Christian School Initiative has partnered with two new schools in 2025. The Preferred School Initiative deepens the existing relationship with commitments and opportunities that will be beneficial to both institutions and ultimately the students whom we serve.
Two additional Christian schools from Pennsylvania have committed to partnering with Geneva College in this program.
The two newly added preferred schools are:
- Robinson Township Christian School, McKees Rocks, PA
- Portersville Christian School, Portersville, PA
Launched in the fall of 2024, the Preferred Christian School Initiative establishes partnerships with select Christian schools to advance Christian education with the purpose of educating young men and women to live in faithful service wherever God might call them.
Some highlights of the program include:
- Provide graduates from preferred schools with additional scholarship and grant opportunities.
- Provide full-time staff and educators at preferred schools a discount on graduate or online programs offered at Geneva College.
- Increase the opportunities for Geneva Education majors to gain practical experience working with the preferred school.
- Partnering with high schools in the development of teachers and staff with the investment of time and resources by Geneva faculty and leadership.
