Win Two Tickets to Pittsburgh Human Resources Association Event

When it comes to Human Resources, as with other areas, the Geneva College Adult Degree Completion Program (ADCP) excels in quality and is a leader in the field. It makes sense, then, that on August 9, the ADCP will play an important part in “Followership in a Leadership World,” a Pittsburgh Human Resources Association (PHRA) learning and professional development program.

The ADCP is sponsoring the breakfast, and Geneva College faculty member and ADCP Human Resources and Organizational Development Program Director John Gallo will lead the training. The training is based on the fact that while culture spends a great deal of time and attention on cultivating strong leaders, most people in the workplace fulfill followership roles.

Mr. Gallo will focus on the role of HR managers in cultivating good followers rather than good leaders. He will differentiate between the four different kinds of followers and identify ways to motivate them to achieve more.

The Geneva College Adult Degree Completion Program would like to share this event with you. We are offering two pairs of tickets—one pair to an alumni and one pair to a current student—to those who share ways that the ADCP has prepared them for their careers.
