Class Withdrawal Deadline
Upper level students have the opportunity to withdraw from one or more classes until Monday, March 29. First semester freshmen may withdraw from one course until Monday, April 19. To ensure that a course withdrawal is made with a good understanding about how it may impact your student's plan of study, they are required to discuss withdrawals with their advisor prior to the deadlines.

Counseling Appointments
Many students find it helpful to talk to a counselor during this season of uncertainty and change. At Geneva, students have free access to counseling, and we encourage them to give it a try when needed. If you have any concerns with your student, please let them know about counseling services available.

Tish Harrison Warren

To speak to students, faculty and staff, the Geneva Visiting Artist and Lecture Series welcomes the author of Christianity Today's 2018 Book of the Year, Tish Harrison Warren on Thursday, March 18 at 7 p.m. In her book, Liturgy of the Ordinary: Sacred Practiced in Everyday Life, Warren explores the themes of human vulnerability, suffering, and searching for God when he seems absent.

These are themes she also explores in her new book, Prayer in the Night. Where do we find comfort when we lie awake worrying or weeping in the night? In this talk, Tish offers a prayerful and frank approach to the difficulties in our ordinary lives at work, at home, and in a world filled with uncertainty.
