Opportunity Meets Motivation
New Book by Marla Brown, ‘00
MSOL Cohort 12

Opportunity Meets Motivation by Marla Brown"It's been almost ten years since my graduation from the MSOL program and yet the program has continued to positively impact my personal and professional life. After a successful 15 year corporate career, I started my own business to establish more life-balance for myself and my family. I co-authored a book, Opportunity Meets Motivation, which highlights my journey. I am thankful for the strong educational foundation provided by the MSOL program. It helped me navigate my own happiness and I hope I can continue to influence others with my experience. I am convinced that the MSOL program is essential for leaders being forced to deal with dynamic change around them. I am grateful to have experienced and been changed by the program."

Marla is also the owner and managing director of Youthtopia Med Spa in Alpharetta, Georgia.

For more information on the book, go to www.youthtopiamedspa.com.

Words to Lead by

"Leadership is much more an art, a belief, a condition of the heart, than a set of things to do. The visible signs of artful leadership are expressed, ultimately, in its practice."
- Max DePree

"And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful."
- Colossians 3:15
