Students that receive allergy injections may continue with their injections while at Geneva College. Allergy injections can only be given after health sevices receives the allergen protocol from your allergist. Allergy injections are by pre-scheduled appointment only. Allergens will be kept in the medication refrigerator in the Health Services Department. All students receiving an allergy injection are required to wait 20 minutes after the injection before being released from the Health Services Department. It is the student's responsibility to bring allergens to the office and pick them up prior to breaks or summer.
After scheduling an appointment, students who are treated for allergies are required to bring the EpiPen to every appointment and pretreat with any medication prior to allergy appointments.
