DJ Damazo '13 now head basketball coach at Division III University
After spending four years on the court at Geneva, DJ Damazo ’13 has continued his love for basketball, now as Head Men’s Basketball Coach at the University of Valley Forge (Philadelphia). He also serves as an assistant in the Vice President of Academic Affairs Office. Ironically, when he got hurt during basketball, he suffered two concussions and was out for over a year. Alumni Council Nominations
Nominations are currently being accepted for alumni interested in serving on the Geneva Alumni Council. Council members serve three-year terms, which will begin on June 1, 2019. Members of the Geneva Alumni Council serve the Alumni Association by advancing the interests of Geneva College, promoting mutual acquaintance of the graduates and strengthening the relationship between alumni and the College.

The March Matchness Matching Gift Challenge is back and it’s bigger and better than ever! Rev. John Foester '53 was named a Distinguished Alumni from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary for his service to the church.
Jean (Mitchel '58) McFarland and husband Rev. Glenn McFarland '58 moved from Southern California 12 years ago to Florida where they retired. Glenn is a retired minister, school principal and teacher. Jean is a retired RN, having worked in the ICU and ER as well as an instructor and administrator.
John Manzetti '69 officially retired in 2018. He also published a book, "Small Bites of the Elephant" in 2018, to share his broad business knowledge and experiences with entrepreneurs and small business owners.
Rev. Rebecca (Mahr '77) Cartus participated in the 2018 Parliament of the World's Religions Conference in Toronto, Ontario, from November 1-7, 2018. She presented a workshop, "Hands Across the World: Building Bridges of Peace to Become the Beloved Community".

Ian '14 and Sarah (Abbott '15) MacKenzie welcomed their second child, Charlotte Grace MacKenzie, on September 6th, 2018.
