Books for Summer: Free Shipping Extended

May@Geneva classes are totally online.

Textbooks and course material for all summer classes can be ordered from www.genevacollegeshop.com.

Free ground shipping on all orders will now be available until May 8. (After May 8, you can still order, but there will be a shipping charge.) Campus Store staff have very limited access to the store, which may create a small delay, so please plan ahead and order accordingly.

Campus Closure in June / Residence Hall Access Still Prohibited

No activities, including camps, conferences, open houses and other events, will be held on campus in May or June. We will continue to monitor the situation related to the Coronavirus pandemic, especially guidelines and restrictions, as we determine our response at later times. Since the Governor of Pennsylvania’s stay-at-home-order continues, residence halls remain closed and unavailable until further notice. This means students are not permitted on campus to retrieve their belongings. We will communicate when access is allowed and a plan has been made with necessary guidelines for students to retrieve their belongings.

Room & Board Reimbursement

Geneva has reimbursed students for prorated Room and Board and certain course fees – which totals approximately $1.5 million. We sent reimbursements via direct deposit through the federal clearinghouse system to begin arriving in bank accounts last week. The specific timing depends on each bank’s processes. Where applicable, printed checks were mailed April 27.
