Looking at the Fall
We look forward to welcoming students back to campus this fall!

Our goal is to provide a safe educational environment for our college community that allows the greatest freedom of movement and association without masks and distancing for all community members to the fullest extent possible.

We strongly encourage COVID-19 vaccinations. At the same time, we don't require them and respect the decisions of our community members.

We are providing a thank-you gift to students for uploading vaccination information to PyraMed.

The Pennsylvania Department of Education has not yet published its protocols for higher education for this fall. When they have been released, we'll provide you with more information.

Need Assistance Paying Fall Tuition?
Sign Up for Payment Plan through Nelnet

If registered as a full-time undergraduate, your student is eligible to enroll in a monthly, interest-free payment plan to assist in paying the fall semester balance. The four-month plan is currently available.

Please note:
  • The student is required to sign up for the full outstanding balance on your student account
  • Payments will be automatically deducted from your student's bank account or credit card
  • Payment plans must be set up through your student's Nelnet account
  • A $25.00 non-refundable enrollment fee is due at the time of enrollment in the plan
  • For the four-month plan, there is a 10% down payment of the balance due at time of enrollment

Insurance Waiver Process

Does your student's Geneva bill show a charge for health insurance that is not needed? To comply with the governmentally mandated health insurance policy, each full-time traditional undergraduate student is enrolled in a University Health Plan through Geneva College at a cost of $1,866 for the year, UNLESS the student completes an online waiver with policy information showing that they already have health insurance coverage.

To waive the Geneva College health insurance and have this charge removed from your student's account, go to the website link below. Have your insurance information ready to answer the questions. If you have questions, please contact the Business Office at 724-847-6543.

Student Parking Permits Required

If planning to bring a car to campus, students need to purchase a parking permit. They'll receive a single permit, which may be transferred from one vehicle to another provided EACH vehicle is registered. Students can complete an application and pay the annual fee of $85 for the permit online. The parking permit will be distributed to your student's mailbox in the Student Center.

To get started, log into myGeneva > Student Information > Student Life Info and scroll down to Student Parking. Click on the link to begin the application.

A Returning Face in Grad Programs

Geneva's new Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions knows about a Geneva College education from a first-hand perspective. Judy Willson earned a bachelor's degree in psychology with minors in public relations and business administration at Geneva. After a successful career that landed her as Associate Athletics Communication Director at Louisiana State University (LSU), she's back to promote the Christ-centered education that means so much to her.

Judy has returned to Geneva to direct recruitment efforts for the master's degree programs in business administration (MBA), counseling, cybersecurity and higher education.

She says, "I am excited to help advance the college that launched my career and promote the Christian education that I believe in. I believe that being a part of the admissions team leads to helping people find their way and discover God's calling into a particular field."

So if you want to check into one of the these fine master's programs, contact Judy Willson. She'll be glad to help. Reach her at jlwillso@geneva.edu or 724.847.6854.
