
Join Geneva College on an 11 Day Tour
Geneva College invites students, alumni, and friends of the college to follow in the footsteps of the Apostle Paul in Turkey and Greece. Geneva professors Jonathan Watt, PhD, and Scott Shidemantle, PhD will guide travelers to the lands of ancient treasures and Christian history, and explore important geographic and archaeological sites.

May 8: Overnight flight departing from Pittsburgh.
May 9: Arrive in Istanbul. Overnight for 2 nights.
May 10: Full day tour of Istanbul (Hippodrome, St. Sophia,
Topkapi Palace, Archaeological Museum).
May 11: Visit to Spice Market and Ortakoy village and cruise on
Bosphorus. Flight to Kayseri. Overnight in Cappadocia for 2
nights.
May 12: Visit to Goreme, Zelve, and Kaymakli underground city.
May 13: Visit to Cappadocia, Sultanhan Caravanserai, and
Lystra. Overnight in Konya for 1 night.
May 14: Visit to Konya (Iconium), Yalvac, and Laodicea.
Overnight in Pamukkale.
May 15: Visit to Hierapolis, Philadelphia, Sardis, and Izmir
(Smyrna) including agora. Overnight in Izmir for 3 nights.
May 16: Visit to Pergamon and Thyatira.
May 17: Visit to Ephesus and St. John Basilica.
May 18: Flight home
May 18: Board cruise ship with stop in Patmos with included
excursion. Overnight on cruise ship for 2 nights.
May 19: Cruise stops in Crete and Santorini with optional
excursions.
May 20: Disembark cruise and full day visit to Athens.
Overnight in Athens for 2 nights.
May 21: Visit to Corinth and Mycenae. Evening transfer to the
Athens airport for flight to Istanbul. Overnight in Istanbul.
May 22: Flight home from Istanbul.
