Honors Program Events

Students in the Geneva College Honors Program are encouraged to attend the following events:

First-Year Fellows Retreat

August 28-29, 2026

First-Year Fellows will spend the weekend reading, in discussion, and getting to know one another!

Honors Convocation

September 16, 2026

Honors students will hear from our Provost, fall semester Academic Partners, and a special guest speaker.

Pittsburgh Jazz Festival

September 19, 2026

Join us for a trip to Pittsburgh to enjoy street performances, great food, and time together! Honors students can sign up in the Crossroads Office (Student Center) starting August 24. A $10 deposit will be refunded on the day of the event.

Romantic Rachmaninoff

October 16, 2026

Enjoy Rachmaninoff's Second Symphony at the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra! Honors students can sign up in the Crossroads Office (Student Center) starting October 1. A $10 deposit will be refunded on the day of the event.

59th Carnegie International

November 19, 2026

Visit the Carnegie Museum of Art to explore the 59th Carnegie International, the longest-running exhibition of international art in North America. Honors students can sign up in the Crossroads Office (Student Center) starting November 2. A $10 deposit will be refunded on the day of the event.

Honors Program Christmas Party

December 7, 2026

Join fellow Honors students at our annual Christmas party with games, hot chocolate, and crafts!
