Explore Health and Life Sciences at Geneva
The Geneva Difference
At Geneva, health and life sciences are taught within a Christ-centered core that centers the order of God’s creation and affirms the dignity of every person made in the image of God. Students learn the science and why it matters, building habits of compassionate, whole-person care that contribute to better patient outcomes. Rigorous coursework, labs, and clinical preparation develop the knowledge and skills to excel in future education, while the core curriculum strengthens ethical judgment, cultural understanding, and the ability to navigate change with wisdom and integrity. A Geneva education forms both competence and character, preparing graduates to serve with excellence in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
Pre-Health Tracks
At Geneva College, students pursuing pre-health tracks receive rigorous academic preparation within a Christ-centered framework. Each track is intentionally designed to equip students with the scientific knowledge, critical thinking skills, and ethical grounding needed for success in graduate and professional programs. Through hands-on learning, personalized faculty mentorship, and a biblical worldview that values the dignity of all life, Geneva students are prepared to serve God and neighbor in a wide range of healthcare settings. Whether they’re treating patients, caring for animals, advancing research, or advocating for health equity, Geneva graduates lead with both competence and compassion.
Nursing BSN
Geneva College’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program prepares students to become highly skilled, Christ-centered nurses through a combination of academic excellence and practical training. Through a strategic partnership with the Community College of Beaver County (CCBC), students complete foundational coursework at Geneva while receiving clinical training and nursing instruction through CCBC’s accredited program. This integrated pathway leads to a BSN degree from Geneva and equips graduates with the knowledge, hands-on experience, and biblical perspective needed to serve patients with compassion, integrity, and excellence.
