Camp Fee: $275 per camper (includes lunch)

During this exciting 5-day camp led by LPA International Forensics Institute, one of the country’s foremost experts in cold case investigation, students will explore the fundamentals of being a taking a cold case from crime scene to court room. They will:

• Learn to organize a cold case file
• Read through material such as
  • Crime scene photos
  • Witness statements
  • Crime scene reports
  • Evidence reports
• Learn how to conduct a proper statement analysis and build an analysis spreadsheet of audio and video statements
• Listen to 911 calls and learn how to analyze speech
• Learn what victimology and suspectology are and the importance of each in a case
• Learn LPA's method of building a "Murder Room"
• Learn how to reconstruct a crime scene using The Kaleidoscope System
• Learn how to prepare a summary report
