Lynette Fair leads the Geneva College Nursing program as Director of Nursing, Department Chair and Associate Professor. Fair holds a bachelor of nursing (BSN) degree and a master of nursing administration (MSN) degree from Kaplan University. She has over two decades of nursing and nursing administration experience with UPMC St. Margaret (Pittsburgh, PA), Grove City Medical Center (Grove City, PA), and UPMC Shadyside (Shadyside, PA). She is associated with the Emergency Nurses Association and completed various leadership programs. In addition, Fair has many scholastic accomplishments including her publication in several nursing journals and over 30 educational presentations and lectures. Fair was awarded the American Trauma Society Recognition Award in 2014 for her distinguished work. She joined the faculty at Geneva College in September 2019.
