Dr. Lynette Fair leads the Geneva College Nursing program as Director of Nursing, Department Chair and Associate Professor. Fair holds a PhD in nursing education from Liberty University, a master of nursing administration (MSN) degree and a bachelor of nursing (BSN) degree from Kaplan University. She has over two decades of nursing and nursing administration experience with UPMC St. Margaret (Pittsburgh, PA), Grove City Medical Center (Grove City, PA), and UPMC Shadyside (Shadyside, PA). She is associated with the American Nurses Association and the National League of Nursing. She has completed various leadership programs and conducted project management. In addition, Fair has many scholastic accomplishments including her dissertation research in Christian nursing education, publication in several nursing journals and over 30 educational presentations and lectures. Fair was awarded the American Trauma Society Recognition Award in 2014 for her distinguished work. She joined the faculty at Geneva College in September 2019.
