• My primary area of interest is Human Resource Management & Strategy. My research areas
  include: MBA program innovation, corporate social responsibility, occupational burnout,
  mediocrity, accountability, and online education. I speak frequently at conferences on the
  topic of Generational Differences in the Workplace.
  

What do you enjoy about teaching online at Geneva College?

• I love teaching students online in general. I find that the experience is rewarding, engaging and
  innovative. I enjoy helping students achieve their educational goals while they also fulfill the
  other responsibilities life throws at them.
