I have taught online and in the classroom for over 25 years. I teach business, management, business law, ethics, human resources and other related subjects and very much enjoy teaching. I am excited about the opportunity to teach at Geneva College and want to use my business background and teaching qualifications to provide a high-quality educational experience for our students.
I have over 30 years of business experience. I thought I had just retired as Director of Corporate Real Estate for Albertsons, but God had other plans. I am joining the Real Estate Department at Kroger starting in January 2026. I was a real estate executive with Macy’s, Belk and Fleet Farm and a senior development and leasing executive with several shopping center companies; I practiced corporate and real estate law prior to entering the commercial real estate field.
I live in Cincinnati, Ohio with my wife, Karen, a registered nurse. I have two sons: John, a corporate recruiter, and Matt, in management with Chicken Salad Chick. I also have two dogs: Lia, a dachshund, and Sweet Potato (Tater), a basset hound. My hobbies are teaching and mountain climbing, and I find time to read, work out, and work around the house.
Professor Gambill has over 30 years of experience in corporate law and real estate.
