Toby Shope, MA, LPCC, CAGCS

Toby looks forward to engaging with students throughout each academic year and helping them to successfully navigate the challenges they face with compassion, confidence, and creativity. Toby holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Geneva College and is credentialed as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Pennsylvania and Ohio. In addition, he serves as Care Pastor at his church and has a rich and varied history in pastoral ministry (grief/bereavement/hospice, youth/parents, contemplative retreats/outdoor engagement, addiction/recovery, prayer), community outreach (humanitarian relief/development, rape crisis, orphan care, food insecurity), and the arts (theatre/drama/dance, English/art education). Toby is honored to be trusted with personal stories and to walk with students along the journey toward healing and hope.
