BEAVER FALLS, Pa.- Geneva College is offering free tax assistance to elderly and low-income taxpayers every Monday and Wednesday beginning March 21 through April 13 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Students will meet qualified residents at Geneva′s Northwood Hall in room 118
The IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program has certified Geneva accounting students to assist area residents in completing their 2004 tax forms. Assistance will be provided for the following tax forms only: 1040 EZ, 1040A, 1040 simple (Schedule A and B only), and PA-40.
Assistance is offered to area residents at no charge, however appointments are necessary. To make an appointment or for more information, call 724-847-6615.
