Ciao, Hola! Have you ever considered knowing more about study abroad opportunities in Italy, Spain, or another country? On Friday, September 17, the Geneva College Crossroads office will hold the annual Off-Campus Study Fair. It will be held in the Benedum Room of Alexander Hall at Geneva′s campus during lunch and dinner hours.

Ann Burkhead, Crossroads/International Studies Services Director says, "The students will be able to talk to representatives of many of our study abroad providers. Not only will the students receive information but the U.S. Post Office will be there to take applications for passports."

Something new this year is that students will receive a replica of a passport as they enter the Benedum room. By visiting every station the students will receive a stamp from each representative, and at the end be eligible for a prize.

"For students who are thinking about studying abroad but just don't know where to go, the Off-Campus Study Fair will definitely help with the decision making process," says Burkhead. The fair will also include opportunities for internships around the world for students who are looking for a work experience.

Geneva College offers a diverse selection of study abroad programs including semesters in Spain, Scotland, Rome and many more. Representatives from LCC International University, BestSemester, Art Institute of Pittsburgh and Arcadia University will be present at the event as well.
