Beaver Falls, PA - The Presidents′ Athletic Conference recognized 350 student-athletes this week for their excellence in the classroom during the fall semester. Each of the ten PAC schools was represented with Waynesburg University leading the way with 45 honorees. Geneva College and Saint Vincent tied for second place with 44 recipients. The 44 scholar-athletes was the second highest total for Geneva College during any semester since joining the PAC in 2007.

The criteria for PAC scholar-athletes consists of maintaining a 3.6 GPA during the semester of competition while also making a significant contribution to the program during the season. "Our athletic department enjoyed an outstanding semester on and off the field and court," said Geneva College athletic director Dr. Kim Gall. "We obviously take great pride in our work in the classroom. Having so many student-athletes honored for their work validates the work that both our student-athletes and coaches put in during the school year."
