Pittsburgh Steelers′ punter Daniel Sepulveda will speak and share his testimony with the Geneva College community in chapel on Wednesday, Feb. 16 at 10:10 a.m. in Metheny Fieldhouse.

Sepulveda is a three-time All-American and two-time recipient of the Ray Guy award. He attended Baylor University where he began his football career as a walk-on linebacker. After struggling to find where he fit on the team, Sepulveda discovered that he had a strong leg which helped him excel as a punter. Now a member of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Sepulveda has much to be thankful for and credits God for his success. "That′s not me-it never was me. It′s Him," he said in a recent "I Am Second" video interview.

"I am really excited to hear Sepulveda′s testimony in chapel," says senior business major Sarah Arata. "I have heard some of his interviews and it is apparent he really looks to God both on and off the field."

A starter for the Steelers since he was drafted in 2007, Sepulveda ended the 2010-11 season early when he injured the ACL in his right leg in a game against the Baltimore Ravens on December 5, 2010. He is currently on injured reserve.
