Beaver Falls, PA - For the past two years, Matt Lorello has proven to be one of the most elite scorers in the Presidents′ Athletic Conference. After playing sparingly in the first two years of his Geneva College career, the 6′6 forward from Bessemer, PA exploded onto the offensive scene a year ago and continued his scoring prowess in 2012-13. Lorello led the Presidents′ Athletic Conference in scoring at 19.0 points per game and as a result was named a First Team All-Conference selection on Monday.

Lorello led Geneva in scoring 18 times this past season including a pair of 30-point performance against Penn State Fayette (31) and Penn State Beaver (35). In addition to his scoring output, Lorello averaged nearly five rebounds per game to go along with 13 blocks on the season. Leading the team with over 32 minutes played per game, Lorello proved to be a workhorse for head coach Jeff Santarsiero and the Golden Tornadoes.

Keynon Jackson had just one semester of eligibility remaining as he entered the school year. Joining the Geneva team in late December, Jackson made the most of his opportunity. Averaging 12.1 points and a team best 7.8 rebounds per game, Jackson was given All-Conference honorable mention consideration in just 17 games of action.
