Geneva College Adjunct Professor of Voice Kathryn Donaldson, and her husband Sean, recently performed as guest soloists at the Royal Albert Hall in London, England. The couple was part Prom Praise, a long-running concert sponsored by All Soul's Church Langham Place.
Prom Praise featured an orchestra of 108 musicians and a chorus of 360 voices and soloists performing classical, musical theater, gospel and contemporary Christian music for an audience of 5,000.
"It was an outreach event we were delighted to be part of, and a professional engagement that enriched us greatly," says Donaldson.
Donaldson is also the Director of Music for Geneva′s Chapel program. She and her husband sing in the Pittsburgh Opera Chorus; Pittsburgh's premier chamber choir, the Pittsburgh Camerata; and smaller opera companies throughout the Pittsburgh area.
