Women′s Basketball- Geneva is still searching for its first win of the season as it fell twice last week to Thiel College and Chatham University.

Pittsburgh, PA- The Geneva Women′s Basketball team suffered a difficult loss at Chatham on Saturday afternoon. Struggling from the floor throughout the game, the Golden Tornadoes were unable to match the shooting prowess of the Cougars in a tough 82-39 loss.

The Golden Tornadoes shot only 21.4% from the floor throughout the game while Chatham shot an impressive 45.9%. Chatham guard Rachel McClain broke her own school record by raining in nine three-pointers in the game while finishing with a game high 35 points. No Geneva player was able to break double digits as Heidi Mann and Miranda Heaney paced the GT′s with eight points each.

The Golden Tornadoes will have an entire week off as they prepare to host Bethany College on December 14th. The loss drops Geneva′s overall record to 0-7, 0-2 in the PAC.
