The Geneva College community joined together on Friday, August 29 to begin the fall 2014 semester with the traditional Academic Convocation. First-year students were welcomed to Geneva as they began the ceremony by filing into the gym as the faculty, clad in regalia, lined the aisles.

During the ceremony Dr. Diana Rice, Chair of the Department of Psychology, Counseling & Human Services and the 2013 recipient of the Excellence in Teaching Award, presented the convocation address.
