The first installment of the Geneva Reading Series for the 2014-15 academic year, entitled "Part V: Origins," will take place on Wednesday, October 8 at 7 p.m. in McCartney Library.

image001.pngPerformers for the evening include Chaplain Rut Etheridge, Dr. Matthew Kickasola, Josiah Everett and Hannah Allman. A musical interlude will be provided by the Haynie sisters.

In an open invitation for "Part V: Origins," English professor Dr. Dan Williams asks, "Did you ever make anything happen? Anything you couldn′t explain when you were angry or scared? Join us and find out what you are …."

Dr. Williams established the Geneva Reading Series last year by to showcase the poetic and artistic talents of Geneva College students and faculty.
