Geneva men′s soccer battles to 1-1 tie

gcm-soccer-9-14-086.jpgBeaver Falls, PA- A first half goal by freshman Clayton Cox (Chambersburg, PA/Chambersburg) at 41:34 was enough to tie the Golden Tornadoes with visiting Lycoming (6-0-2) but that was the last goal either team scored through regulation and two overtimes.

Geneva goalkeeper Bryan Butler, a senior from Millersville, MD/Annapolis Christian made five saves as Geneva is now 5-1-2.

The Golden Tornadoes resume action Wednesday with a home game against LaRoche.
