CRESTVIEW HILLS, KY - Geneva scored the only goal of the first half but couldn’t hold on to the slim lead in the second half as Thomas More showed why it is 6th ranked in NCAA Division III. The loss dropped Geneva’s record to 9-4-3 overall and 4-1-1 in Presidents’ Athletic Conference action and ended the Golden Tornadoes’ six game unbeaten streak.

Geneva’s first half goal was scored by sophomore Josh Brenize (Chambersburg, PA/Chambersburg) at 18:05 of the first. That lead held for over 33 minutes, until the Saints scored at 51:06. The eventual game winner was scored at 79:59.

Geneva, still in second place in the conference, returns home Wednesday at 7:00 to host Thiel.
