Geneva Overwhelms All-Conference Honors with Seven

Beaver Falls, PA - The Presidents’ Athletic Conference announced the 2015 Men’s Soccer All-Conference Team Selections Monday, November 16, 2015. Among the conference selections the PAC honored seven Geneva men’s soccer members.

Sean Bernardi (Butler, PA/Butler) was named PAC first-team all-conference. The senior midfielder tallied six goals, four assists this season including two game winners. This is Bernardi’s second year being selected an all-conference team member.

Sophomore Abel Carleton (Darlington, PA/Beaver County Christian), sophomore Gib McCracken (Beaver Falls, PA/Beaver County Christian) and senior Kyle Terrill (Apollo, PA/Kiski Area) were all tabbed 2015 All-PAC Second Team members.

Carleton led Geneva’s scoring with eight goals and three assists.

McCracken, though a defender, was an offensive force all season with five goals, five assists.

Terill, a four year starter, started every game this season helping Geneva secure the backline. In addition to his leadership on defense, Terill scored a goal and assisted in one this season.

Junior Brandon Crider (Marion, PA/Shalom Christian Academy), freshman Luke Nolan (Wexford, PA/North Allegheny) and senior Alexander Rosenbaum (Chambersburg, PA/Chambersburg) were all tabbed as Honorable Mentions.

Crider scored six goals while assisting on one. Nolan opened his colligate career as Geneva’s goal keeper tallying 1860:44 minutes defending Geneva’s net, while earning 88 saves and two shutouts. Rosenbaum concluded his career as a Golden Tornado with four goals and two assists.

Geneva finished the 2015 season with an overall record of 13-5-4, 6-1-1 in the league.
