The Center for Student Engagement (CSE) has announced the final Student Activities schedule for the spring semester. It features old Geneva classics such as MGN and the Mystery Bus Trip as well as some new events like a Lip Sync Battle.

The CSE is putting on a Lip Sync Battle on Friday, January 29, from 8 to 10 p.m. in Skye Lounge. Students may sign up in the CSE.

Student Activities is sponsoring Bring Your Own couch Day for the varsity basketball games on February 3. Students can bring a couch and watch the men’s and women’s games in ultimate comfort. The office will also sponsor a ski trip on Saturday, February 6. Students can sign up in the CSE.

The Roommate Game Show will be held on Friday, February 12 from 8 to 10 in the Brig. The game is based on the Newlywed game and will allow you and a roommate to prove your friendship can pass the test. Winners will receive relationship-based prizes just in time for Valentine’s Day.

Mystery Bus Trip is making a comeback. Tickets will be sold on Wednesday, February 17 and will be first come, first-served. One hundred tickets are available for students. The bus trip will be held on Friday, February 26. It features two buses that travel to various destinations throughout the night that are completely unknown to the students on the trip.

The CSE and Student Activities are partnering with the PR Office to sell tickets for Geneva’s Lecrae and Rend Collective concerts that will be happening on Saturday, March 12 and Wednesday, March 30, respectively. Students can visit the CSE office to buy discounted student tickets for $10. These tickets are first-come, first-served.

Live at the Brig will continue for the spring semester, and will happen on the third Friday of every month. The event will occur on February 19, March 19 and April 15 from 7 to 10 p.m.

Geneva classic Humans vs Zombies will occur the week of April 4. Students can grab their nerf guns and socks and hold off the growing zombie hoard. Details will be made available closer to the date of the event.

My Generation Night (MGN) will end activities for semester on Friday, April 22 from 8 to 10:30 p.m. MGN is a student cover concert spectacular that features professional sound and lighting. Audition dates will be announced closer to the date.
