Beaver Falls, PA – Geneva College announces the 2016 football schedule highlighting Bethany, Thiel, Carnegie Mellon, Grove City and Westminster held at Reeves Field.
During the last two seasons, Geneva has faced Grove City, a PAC member, as a non-conference contest. This year, Geneva and Grove City will return to facing each other for a conference victory while Geneva and Bethany, also a PAC member, will use the 2016 season as a non-conference contest.
Head Coach Geno DeMarco enters his 24th season at the helm. Taking over the program in 1993, DeMarco has compiled an overall record of 138-102 as he became the first Geneva coach to surpass the 100 victory plateau in 2007.
DeMarco and the Golden Tornadoes are set to begin the football program’s 122 season on the road at Frostburg State University, the 25th meeting between the two teams.
Geneva’s homecoming will be on Saturday, September 24 hosting Thiel at 6 p.m.
