Beaver Falls, PA – The Presidents’ Athletic Conference has released the 2016 all-conference men’s basketball teams and two Geneva players were recognized.
Geneva senior guard Ethan Adamczyk (Uniontown, OH/Lake) earned second team honors after leading the conference in scoring this season with 440 points, averaging 18.3 points per game. Adamczyk finished his senior campaign shooting .585 percent from the field, .768 from the charity stripe while averaging 4.5 rebounds a game.
Junior guard Chaese Vaudrin (Uniontown, OH/Lake) was tabbed honorable mention for his 414 points as the conference’s top third scorer, averaging 17.3 points per game. Vaudrin finished his third season as a Golden Tornadoes shooting a .443 field goal percentage and .751 free throw percent. Vaudrin tallied 157 rebounds averaging 6.5 a game while earning 84 assists. On January 11, 2016, Vaudrin was named PAC Men’s Basketball Player of the Week after he posted a 24-point, 11-rebound, 10-assist triple-double in Geneva’s 78-70 win at W&J, marking the league’s first triple-double since November 25, 2008.
Geneva finished the 2015-16 season with an overall record of 5-21, 5-13 in the Presidents’ Athletic Conference.
