Six Golden Tornadoes Tabbed as All-Conference

Beaver Falls, PA – Six Geneva volleyball Golden Tornadoes (22-1) were tabbed as Presidents’ Athletic (PAC) All-Conference members for their successful work in the 2016 fall season. Gabrielle Dickson and Marissa Naples earned outstanding first-team honors while Grace Hayes and Olivia Test were selected as second-team and Erica Hughes and Alaina Lytle were honorable mentioned.

Dickson recorded 579 digs on the season adding 30 assists and 45 serve aces to the mix. Her career 1,883 dig count marks the program’s record book as the third highest in career digs and third highest in digs per set at 4.504.

Naples tallied 281 kills with an outstanding season .317 hitting percentage. In addition, she posted 100 digs, 12 assists, 35 serve aces and 58 blocks.

Hayes put down 220 kills (.224) while also earning 88 digs, 52 blocks and 19 assists.

Test closed out her senior campaign with 239 kills (.283) and protected the net with 102 blocks. Her 831 career kills and a stellar .2557 career hitting percentage carved her name into the program’s record book as top third in career hitting percentage. 

Hughes totaled 192 kills, 82 digs and 25 blocks finishing her junior season.

Lytle opened her Golden Tornado career with 821 assists, 204 digs, 64 kills and 32 serve aces.
