Geneva, CCBC Provide Students More Opportunities in New Agreement

Stephens, Troup, Reber, DavisBEAVER FALLS, PA – Geneva College and the Community College of Beaver County (CCBC) have reached a transfer agreement to enhance their partnership for current and future students. The agreement enables students to more seamlessly transfer the credits from their CCBC associate degree to corresponding bachelor’s degree programs at Geneva.

Geneva College President, Dr. Calvin Troup spoke enthusiastically about building a stronger academic connection to CCBC. “Geneva College is excited about developing these new agreements with CCBC because of the value for students and the ability to serve students together. The new approach of using creativity and collaboration in higher education is essential in addressing the ever-changing needs of students.”

CCBC President, Dr. Chris Reber said, “Our long-standing partnership with Geneva is broadened and strengthened through these new agreements. As institutions of higher education, we share a common goal of providing access and opportunity for students from all backgrounds to earn post-secondary credentials and secure meaningful futures for themselves and their families.”

Professional Studies in Management, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership

Engineering

Engineering (Biomedical, Chemical, Electrical and Mechanical Concentrations)

Business Administration

Business Administration/Accounting or Sports Management

Sports, Arts and Entertainment Management

Sports Management

These new agreements expand a growing relationship between the two institutions, including a degree completion program and other articulations already in place.
