Beaver Falls, Pa. – The Geneva College Golden Tornadoes (1-5) dropped a 6-3 decision at William Peace University on Saturday, March 4. The program will enjoy some sunshine and practice together during the college's spring break as the team travels to Raleigh, North Carolina.

Freshman Alex Greissinger (Erie, PA/Fairfiew) tallied a fifth singles win over William Peace in a 6-4, 6-1 decision. Classmate Jesse Claudio (Bethlehem, PA/Liberty) recorded a sixth singles win; 6-1, 6-2.

David Streit (Mehanicsburg,PA/Mechanicsburg) and Ethan Stahl (Beaver Falls, PA/BCCS) continued to find success on the court in third doubles. Streit and Stahl earned a clean 8-0 win.

Geneva will be back in action on Monday, March 13 at Frostburg State University starting at 4 p.m.
