Saint Vincent Edges Geneva Men’s Tennis 6-3

Beaver Falls, Pa.  – Saint Vincent handed Geneva a 6-3 on Monday, April 17 moving the Golden Tornadoes overall record to 1-11, 0-5 in the Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC).

“This was a solid match for us,” said head coach Mandee Craft. “Saint Vincent is a strong PAC team and we were able to hang with them at almost every position.”

Tim Martin and Caleb Hoal tallied a third doubles win in an 8-5 decision. Martin continued his successful work into fourth singles. He defeated Bearcat foe 6-0, 6-4.

Ethan Stahl posted Geneva third match win in sixth singles. Stahl recorded a 6-1, 6-3 match victory.

The Golden Tornadoes are back in action on Wednesday, April 19 at Westminster College. The PAC match will begin at 4 p.m.
