Beaver Falls, Pa. – Geneva College’s Baseball showcased three juniors on the 2017 Presidents’ Athletic Conference All-Conference Teams. Tyler Pagaduan was tabbed All-PAC Second Team member for his work in left field. Joey Luciana and Forrest Beighley were named Honorable Mention.
Tyler Pagaduan manned left field and posted a .857 fielding percentage while recording 35 putouts. In the batter’s box, Pagaduan racked up 18 RBIs with 10 doubles, two triples, and a homer while scoring 29 runs. He ended his junior campaign batting .358.
Next to Pagaduan was center fielder Joey Luciana, who tallied a .956 fielding percentage with 86 putouts. With the stick, he earned a .351 batting percentage with nine doubles, a triple, and two home runs, 24 RBIs and 29 runs scored.
In the infield, Forrest Beighley closed the shortstop gap. Beighley posted a .909 fielding percentage with 43 putouts, 107 assists and was involved in 11 double plays. At bat, he posted a .328 batting average hitting seven doubles and a home run, driving in 30 RBIs, and scoring 16 runs.
The Golden Tornadoes look forward to the returning leadership of their three all-conference student-athletes to lead Geneva into the 2018 season.
