The Pittsburgh Penguins' mascot Iceburgh will also make an appearance.

A variety of agencies educate residents about the many services available to them, many vendors engage with their customers, and the children have a wonderful day.”

The event is free to the public. Young and old will enjoy carnival games and feel-good music provided by DJ Tumas, as well as close-up magic from a local magician. Hamburgers, ice cream, pizza and beverages will be for sale, and Geneva College will host tours of the campus. WBVP radio will broadcast live from 6 to 10 p.m.
