Geneva College Presents "Broadway Revue: Tonight" at John White Chapel

(BEAVER FALLS, Pa.) - Geneva College presents Broadway Revue: Tonight, a student musical performance of favorite Broadway songs, on Friday, November 10 and Saturday, November 11. Both shows begin at 7:30 p.m. at the John White Chapel, Old Main.

Tickets are available in advance by calling the music department at 724-847-6660 or online at Geneva.edu/alumni/registration/broadway-revue. Tickets will also be available at the door on the night of each show. Price of admission is $8 for adults and $5 for students and children.

While traditionally performed on Homecoming weekend, Broadway Revue: Tonight will be a standalone event this year and will feature numbers around the concept “Tonight.” Selections include older favorites like “You're the One That I Want” from Grease and “Agony” from Into the Woods, and hits from new musicals like Waitress, The Last Five Years, Catch me if you can and Hamilton. 

Student performers are led by Mrs. Kathryn Copeland Donaldson, professor of music at Geneva College and a professional vocalist who has performed in Europe, the Middle East and the United States.

"In preparing for this year's show, students were encouraged to look at what's showcasing on Broadway right now - it's a different kind of music, bringing a down-to-earth vibe that is really appealing to audiences today,” Donaldson says.
