(BEAVER FALLS, Pa.) – Geneva College presents the Geneva Reading Series (GRS) event, "This Means War," on Friday, November 16 from 7-9 p.m. in John White Chapel, Old Main. GRS is designed as an evening that transports one into the world of prose, poetry and creative writing. Whether from Geneva or the surrounding communities, all are welcome for this evening of reflection, emotion and laughter.

Featured readers at “This Means War” are senior Communication major Kenneth Nace, Engineering professor Dr. Jim Gidley and senior English Literature major Nathan Moelker.

Beaver Falls Coffee & Tea Company (BFCAT) will provide refreshments for the enjoyment of all attendees. In addition, Dr. Williams invites writers to present their own works or read other's works at the next GRS by contacting him at dpwillia@geneva.edu.

Complimentary copies of The Chimes Literary Magazine Release will also be available on a self-serve basis.

GRS was begun by Dr. Williams in 2013. Through reading and writing, this evening provides a medium through which the Geneva community can enter into the beauty of the arts and connect with our innate desire to resemble our creator by creating and sharing in creation. This event incorporates written works of scholars within and outside of the Geneva community and brings glory to God through bringing attention to human ability.
