(BEAVER FALLS, Pa.) – The Adult Degree Programs at Geneva College announce the 2019 inductees to its newly-founded Tau Alpha Chapter of the Alpha Sigma Lambda National Honors Society. 

Geneva’s Adult Degree Programs applied for membership to Alpha Sigma Lambda in the fall semester of 2018 to provide students an opportunity to be recognized for their academic success. To be invited, members must of rank in the top 10% of the students in the undergraduate Adult Degree Programs who have earned a minimum of 24 credits in their major. This is a particularly significant achievement for non-traditional students, who study while maintaining full-time jobs and family, church, and community responsibilities.

Geneva’s participation in the national honor society for adult learners demonstrates the commitment of the Department of Professional on Online Graduate Studies to providing high quality non-traditional degree programs that support the mission of Geneva College.
