(BEAVER FALLS, Pa.) – Geneva College urges high school students residing in Pennsylvania to take notice of the May 1 deadline for submitting a Free Application for Financial Student Aid (FAFSA). The Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) requires students to submit the FAFSA by May 1 to remain eligible for a PA State Grant for the fall semester. The FAFSA is available online at https://fafsa.gov.

Geneva is also enabling new students committed to attending the school in fall 2019 to register for their first-semester classes. Students who have made a deposit for the 2019-20 academic year are now able to enter the registration system to make course selections.

Students who register early may often have more course offerings available or choose courses at times fitting better with their schedules. Commitment to Geneva means submitting a deposit to ensure a place in the class of 2023. Deposit submissions can be made online at Geneva.edu/deposit.
